I assume this does not include the inner 'Willow's Grove'? We had all agreed that to be a read-only resource; anyway, it is copyright protected, and as such, under US Law, 'cannot be deleted...without the full knowledge and permission of the the author/owner'.

It occurs to me that rather than deleting posts we could set up an archive and move them there.

The grove will remain as promised. However we are meant to be moving forward and the whole act of pruning is to remove the dead wood! This is the easiest way otherwise we are going around in circles again. I will give some thought to best way forward but forward it has to be

It was just a thought, move them onto one board then they wouldn't be taking up lots of space but would be available for reference.

It occurs to me that rather than deleting posts we could set up an archive and move them there. Great idea B, i was thinking the same....It's good for future members to have access to topic and information gone by...You wouldn't get rid of a reference book because you have read it, you keep it on the shelve for future refrences.... However, get rid of the happy birthdays, what you doing for yule, etc, etc, but any debates, and information should be kept.... Also i asked for all the sisters to be Global Moderators and this hasn't happened, is there any chance that it can be done today, as i don't have access to do it.....

I would suggest that posts that haven't been added to for a month should be archived, this keeps the main boards shorter and up to date.

Thats great idea! I am not certain V whether there can be more than one global moderator but I think mel can only do it but I will look for you. I am not certain whether the boards have to be physically moved but if so then that would be the responsibility of the mod
