lol well things to happen in order... right now it's just pasting of visions down. some of them will stay here, others may disappear or get rewritten. I do have a story, but sometimes I need to make myself "trailers" to get into a final grove for the whole thing.
The hedge witch will DEFINATELY make her way into this story.

"Oh, this is not going to work, there is no way you can get me on that... thing." Autumnmoon piped up as Verminda and Seleena climbed upwards along the thick muscled limb of their winged friend.
"We have to get across here, so you are just going to have to deal with it," Seleena shot back with a heavy sigh.
Akthra turned his head back towards Autumnmoon and rumbled into the damp air.
"You're both mad! he'll dump us the moment he has a chance, we'll fall to our deaths among the jagged rocks and evil yicky things in the waters below, look into his eyes for goddesses sake?!" Autumnmoon pointed frantically at the dim blue orbs set upon Akthra's scale plated and horn-armed head.
"you wouldn't do that to us now would you, my soothing blue dragon, now would you? Verminda laid down across Akthra's back and slowly rubbed the gleaming sapphire scales along his neck.
"We don't have much time Autumn, so either hike it now or get up here! We can't wait any longer, we're going, goodbye!" Seleena kicked at the dragon's side, "Giddie up!" Akthra raised himself and turned to move towards Autumn with his head low to the ground. The low rumble turned to a snarl before erupting into a full fledged roar.
Autumn flipped and dropped her staff upon the leaf covered ground as she jumped back a pace or two. She felt the hot air blast her along with the fear of heights that she held dearly to herself.
"OK, coming! Don't eat me!" Shaking, Autumn gathered her staff and backpack, then wit the help of Verminda and Seleena, made her way onto the back of the dragon.
"Where am I supposed to sit? hld on to? I mean this is dangerous, there's no saddle, or.. or I mean I could just...."
"Knock it off! Just hold on to me and you'll be fine!" Seleena replied as she fought to keep her smile and a giggle from leaking through her impatience.
"what are you holding on to? If I go you are certainly going to... EEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAHHH!!! OH MY!"
Akthra lunged upwards, his wings thrusting them off the ground in a loud, sudden whoosh. The great dragon moved forward over the thin tree line that lined the cliff, which led to the thunderous raging river and canyon.
"UGH! I'm going to be sick!" Autumn muttered as she held her eyes tightly shut.
"Not on me you won't!" Seleena shouted back over the sound of the massive raging waters and the beating of the leathery wings.

The first thing I need to do is change how the boy talks to his Great grandpa... I mean... what kid talks that way? I need to change how some things are said.... but then again this is the first time this stuff has found it's way out of my head, so it's completely raw and un-edited.

That and probably start either putting things into their own thread or get writting inbetween LOL!
I need a thread that has the story "front-to-back" without all this hodgepodge..

The kid, AG, isn't your typical kid. I get the feeling that he sees thing beyond his years and that he isn't really a "kid" at all, but an old spirit. In that case, the way he talks to his grandpa is great. It really sets up the "Old soul in a young body."
It's like the Grandpa understands that the kid is destined for something great and there is an urgency to get the story out this time? Make sense?
