I love my pets, and i could not be without them..Im even very lucky and i work with animals in an animal park which is situated in beautiful countryside within the Cotswolds.....I know, arnt i a lucky girl! ;D.... Well iv always had animal's around me and as a young girl would forever bring home an injured animal, even a badger once!....I love cat's and the minute i left home, that was the first thing i had to do was to have a pet...Jewels was my first familiar, a loving black female feline, that was with me for many years....At the moment i have Smudger, Smudge for short, he's a collie and around 9 years old now, he's lovely but boy can he walk the hind legs off me! ;D ....There's Sharma, my oldest black feline, she's got to be about 12 now, she's top cat in the house, even Smudge knows this....Marmalade, buddy or marmie for short, is my ginger and white tom, minus his dangle berries for 'spraying' reasons ;D and he's the joker of the lot , and he's about 5 now...Then a little over a week ago we got another cat, Taliesin, he's a long haired 8 week old kitten, he's a chocolate colour with streak's of white on his paw's and a black tail, paw's ear's and face...He's soooooo cute, but he keeps dangling of my leg's whenever i walk past him ......Ok guy's that's my family, lets hear about your's.....Verminda

I have a beautiful siamese-colored cat that is 2 years old. She has the most brilliant blue eyes! She has to be the most unusual cat I have ever owned. Mystique likes to "talk" to me - and I swear she is actually carrying on a conversation sometimes. LOL I sometimes think she believes she is human - and then she does that cat thing = you know what I am talking about, when a cat looks at you like she owns the world and you are only here to take care of her.

A kitten - so sweet! Well my other half would love to have a dog but as he still dog-sits his old dog (who now lives with his lovely ex and her family) we can't have one... I'm not a very doggy girl to be honest but I am fond of them. I'm more of a cat lady meself and prior to meeting hubby had visions of myself living in an old cottage at the edge of a village with about a hundred cats, climbing roses and a mysterious herb garden in the back... Anyway, rather than a hundred of them we've just got the one, Sasha, a quietly intelligent and mildly mischevious old tabby we rescued from the shelter in January. He's very affectionate however that normally manifests itself in ways such as trying to sleep on our pillows while we're already sleeping on them, trying to wriggle in between us when really there's no room or climbing onto our chests and staring pointedly into our eyes while we try to sleep (actually, this last is less a sign of affection and more about how bad mannered he feels it is to sleep past dawn). We do love him very much, even at 3am when he gets stuck yowling in the cat door tunnel because he's tried to squeeze past the cushion we've stuck in there to stop him from trying to open the locked catflap by 'snick snicking' at it constantly with his claws... sigh...

Hi guys I have Lula bel who is a cross between a jack Russel a whippet a beagle and a few other things i suspect she is whippet hight may be a bit more with long legs and the grace of a gazelle when she runs. She is Try Color and her ears don't match. we had her as a rescue I think we may have rescued the owners from the dog rather than the other way around. She has deadly intent toward the post man and the paper boy. She is totally loyal to me and when we go into the woods she will be at my side at a call. She very gentle with small children and OAP's and loves other dogs so long as they don't go for her stick.
We also have a cat but that is a story for another day.

Snoopymom that is such a cute picture.
We have two cats - a black one Sampson and a white one - Whitey (named by our son when he was 18 months old). Two turtles Painter and Ickle dude - named by same son at 12. Two fish Black Widow and Fishy (named by 11 year old at the time daughter). Whew. We are busy. Turtles were rescued Road Kill. They lived, but are missing parts of them, so can't survive in the wilderness. We also at any given time (living in the country) share our house with various snakes, frogs, catapillars etc.

I have a 10 year old black cat called Pounce. We rescued her and her daughter Freckles just after we moved to the UK. The first time I saw her at the RSPCA she jumped on my shoulder and has pretty much been there ever since. We also have a 4 year old yellow lab called Merlin, who is pretty much the baby of the family. My son calls Merlin "his brother". ;D
What can I say? They're all my babies!

I wonder if I have some cat photos around.... hmm We have two cats, both male, both are a dark grey. Smokey, the youngest at 2 years old, looks very similar to a Russian Blue, but he's a mut cat I've taught him to play fetch and I swear he listens better than a dog. LOL Pawni is 7 years old and is shaped like a bowling ball, LOL! He's got the neatest DEEP ORANGE eyes. very spectacular.
