Of course that means from this board! Requests for sloe gin and the like will be met with a meditative reponse here, if you want the real thing then I suggest you ask someone for a recipe.... So, dear friends, what would you like to see in here? I have a million and one pathworking, meditative, trancy ideas I could share with you, but this is a two-way process, and I am eager to share your ideas. I'm also happy to post some of my pathworking scripts, but they are quite long (brevity has never been a strong point of mine), neither do I wish to take over. From my point of view, I would love you to share your experiences of trance and meditation, whether planned or unplanned, and also your favourite pathworking and visualisation practices. But what do you want from me (not that sloe gin thing again, Bridgie...) Shall we explore the astral planes? Meet with the fae? Consult with the Goddesses and Gods? Cast our rituals without leaving our chair? I can't wait to hear your ideas...... Love and light to you all, Goldmother xx ****Copied and pasted from original post*****

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First of all Goldmother, I am not going to ask for any sloe gin! But I would like to know what pathworking is to begin with, and also visualization processes! Then perhaps I can make a fair request! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Me too (Sloe gin aside) I want to know more about pathworking. That sounds fasinating. I want to do more with that and understand what it is.
Seleena of the sloe gin (sounds wonderful)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi guys I will give you my answer although not an expert and I think most of you do it a little most days. just by imagining what if
A pathworking is a guided meditation with a specific destination.
For example you might want to get to Willows Grove through meditation then you would create a journey in your imagination. Imagination is the most powerful tool we have, most of what man has created in this world started as a dream in someones imagination so never underestimate it's power.
If you wanted to go to Willows grove You might start your journey through a wood and come to a door on opening the door you find another world inside and usually a pathway but you decide (A note here always have a clearly defined way out back through the door
So you continue down the path and not all of the things you see and here at some point when I am writing them I have an invitation so tat you know you are welcome. Eventually you get to the grove see it as you approach and note who is there and what conversation you would have. Then your return and back through the door into the woods and close the door behind you.
We used to do these as a group exercises but you can put them on tape with some relaxing music in the background then use the tape.
You can write these around almost any scenario
Goldmother is more expert than me on this but I think that gives a general over view. It is a good starting point for deeper meditation.
I would also say it is safer to do this with someone there I have never known anyone get lost but in case.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That sounds wonderful. I guess I have already done that and didn't realize. When I write in the Grove, I'm there. It's weird, but I am really there and not here. Is that what you mean? I don't seem to enter and leave, I just start typing and I appear there.
